What we do
Five things, done properly
Light and medium duty only. We would rather tell you we are the wrong truck than send the wrong truck.
Where we run
We work out of the yard on Buck Lane in Upper Marlboro and cover Prince George’s County and the surrounding DC metro area.
Longer hauls out of the area are quoted case by case. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call and ask. It takes ten seconds to find out.

Was your car towed from a private lot?
Start here. We will tell you whether we have it, what to bring, and when you can pick it up.
Who we are
Our truck, our operator, every time
PRM Auto & Towing Services is an independent towing company in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, running since 2019. We provide light and medium duty towing and recovery with trained, uniformed operators, and we are bonded and insured.
We tow and recover for the public, for municipalities, for insurance auctions, for national commercial and rental fleets, and for major motor clubs. Organizations that dispatch dozens of tows a week check who they send, and they keep sending us.
We are not the biggest operator in the DC metro. What we offer instead is that the operator who shows up is our operator, not a subcontractor we found for the night.

Questions
The things people ask at 2am
We give you an arrival estimate on the call, before you hang up, based on where you are and what our trucks are doing right then. We would rather tell you a real number than a comfortable one.
Yes, we run day and night. You can call or text any hour. Usually we pick up on the spot; if we are out on a call, leave a message and we call you right back. Our office and vehicle release window is narrower, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with weekends by appointment.
It depends on distance, vehicle class, the condition of the vehicle, and how hard it is to reach. We quote you before we hook up. If we get there and the job turns out to be different from what was described, we tell you the new number before we start, not after.
Call the dispatch line and we will confirm whether we have your vehicle. Bring photo ID and proof the vehicle is yours, such as registration, insurance, or title. Our vehicle release page lists the full checklist.
Yes. All-wheel-drive, low-clearance, and non-running vehicles go on a flatbed carrier so the drive wheels never turn. For tight spots like parking decks and narrow driveways where a flatbed will not fit, we run a wheel lift that can reach them. Tell us the situation when you call and we will bring the right truck.
If you are on a shoulder or in a travel lane, get yourself and your passengers out of the vehicle and behind a barrier if there is one. Turn on your hazards. Stay where the driver can see you rather than inside the car.
